No. The barrier is purely mechanical. The liquid lifts the flap and springs seal it.
PTFE seals resist acids, alkalis and solvents. Tell us which substances you store and we select the right seal.
Yes. We can fit a limit switch in the post. An electrician connects it to a warning light, an alarm or your building management system.
Because the flap lies flat in its tray and passes the load straight into the ground. TÜV tested it with 200,000 crossings at a forklift axle load of 6.5 t, which means 3.25 t per wheel.
Yes. We adapt the barrier to the conditions on site and can build it into any slope.
Yes. The springs carry most of the weight. Lift the flap slightly and the springs swing it up. Clean the tray, then fold the flap back down by hand.
