Approved to FM Standard 4985. Sealing heights of 0.30, 0.45 and 0.61 m.

30 minutes in a 50 MW fire without leakage. Heat absorbing technology keeps the seals tight.

Forklifts and trucks cross it every day. The seals stay protected in the tray.

The barrier closes automatically. It needs no alarm, no power and no staff.

A limit switch in the post triggers a warning light or an alarm.

For zones with an explosive atmosphere.

Status message to your building management system.

No. The Fire Spillbarrier is purely mechanical. It needs no electricity and no hydraulics. The liquid lifts the flap and springs seal it.
FM approved sealing heights are 0.30 m (12 in), 0.45 m (18 in) and 0.61 m (24 in). Widths from 1.05 m (3.5 ft) to 4.05 m (13.3 ft). Larger sizes up to 1.20 m high and 6.50 m wide on request.

Because the flap lies flat in its tray and passes the load straight into the ground. TÜV tested it with 200,000 crossings at a forklift axle load of 6.5 t, which means 3.25 t per wheel.
Yes. We adapt the barrier to the conditions on site and can build it into any slope.
Yes. The springs carry most of the weight. Lift the flap slightly and the springs swing it up. Clean the tray, then fold the flap back down by hand.
