Maintenance in three steps.
A barrier can sit unused for years and must still work on the day of a flood. Our service keeps it ready.
Weekly
A quick look: is the tray clear and the flap flat in the floor?
Monthly
Clear leaves and dirt out of the tray. This takes a few minutes.
Twice a year
A function test: lift the flap by hand and let it close.
Built to wait. Ready in seconds.
The seals sit protected in the tray until they are needed. Springs are replaced after ten years at the latest.

Good to know.
A short visual check, a clean tray and a function test twice a year. Springs are replaced after ten years at the latest.
Yes. The springs carry most of the weight. Lift the flap slightly and the springs swing it up. Clean the tray, then fold the flap back down by hand.
The water drains, the flap comes down and you reset it by hand. No tools and no parts to replace.
Yes. We can fit a limit switch in the post. An electrician connects it to a warning light, an alarm or your building management system.
